Ingredients
12 oz firm tofu (one block)
5 oz refined coconut oil (melted) Refined ensures there’s no coconut taste
1 fl oz lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
Blend It Smooth
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until extremely smooth. You may need to pause occasionally to scrape down the sides and keep blending.Mold and Chill
Once smooth, transfer the mixture into a container or mold of your choice and cover it. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or, for best results, overnight. This will allow the cheese to firm up and develop its signature texture.Serve and Enjoy
Once set, your Tofu Feta is ready to be crumbled over your favorite dishes! Use it to add a burst of flavor to salads, pastas, pizzas, or any meal that needs a tangy, cheesy kick.
