OUR VISION       

Virtuous Pie was born in Vancouver, founded by passionate vegan foodies Rob Milne and his sons, Ben and Alex. Their mission was simple yet powerful: to create food that not only tastes incredible but is also good for our bodies and the planet.

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to innovation and delight. From the very beginning, we’ve embraced a handcrafted approach to our menus. Our signature hand-stretched dough, flavorful plant-based cheeses, and creamy small-batch ice creams are all lovingly crafted in-house by our dedicated kitchen team.

Every dish we create reflects our passion for pushing culinary boundaries while staying true to our vision of sustainability and exceptional taste.

OUR OPERATIONS

Operations Manager Matthew Blandy was born in Manchester, England, where he developed a passion for cooking and culinary arts. Matt first joined Virtuous Pie in 2016 as the Head Chef at our flagship location in Chinatown, Vancouver. Today, he oversees operations and ensures that our restaurants continue to serve great quality food to everyone.

Matt‘s passion for cooking and his commitment to creating delicious, plant-based meals have made him a respected figure in the restaurant industry. His work at Virtuous Pie is a testament to his dedication to his craft and his desire to make a positive impact on the world through food.
