February Features: Shawarma Pizza & Banana Bread Skillet
We're kicking off February with the launch of our new Feature Menu Series—a rotating lineup of exciting, limited-time dishes created by our culinary team. Each month, we'll introduce something fresh, innovative, and packed with flavor. To start things off, Chef Matt Blandy has crafted two incredible new items for February:
Shawarma Pizza 🍕
A bold take on a Middle Eastern classic, this pizza is layered with deep, aromatic spices and fresh toppings that bring everything together.
Base: Our creamy Bianca (white) sauce
Toppings: Shawarma-spiced mushrooms, charred red onions, and pickled jalapeños
Garnish: Cool and refreshing tzatziki (loaded with cucumber, parsley, and mint), pickled red onions, and a light dusting of dukkah
This pizza is a flavor bomb, balancing the warmth of cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, coriander, and cayenne with tangy and creamy elements.
Banana Bread Skillet 🍌🍫
Our February dessert is a cozy collaboration with local bakeries—because good food is even better when we support our community!

Served warm in a skillet, this rich banana bread is topped with:
