VIRTUOUS PIE 2-YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Our Portland location is turning 2, and we want you to help us celebrate! On Monday, June 10th, we’ll have All Day Happy Hour and $5 double ice cream scoops from 11am – 3pm. Then, join us for an exclusive ticketed dinner from 7 – 10pm.

(dinner is all vegan, but not gluten free)

BEER + WINE + COCKTAILS:

You are welcome to bring your own beer + wine bottles (no corkage fee), or purchase from our list of local draft beer, wine, or craft cocktails at the event.

chilled sweet corn, pancetta, spring pea, nasturtium, Calabrian chile

heirloom tomato terrine, cashew “burrata”, wood sorrel, verjus redux, smoked salt

Course 3.

asparagus fritto, romesco, charred onion aioli, lemon

Course 4.

maitake, gochujang, green garlic pancakes, fava bean, fermented ramps, Shanxi vinegar

Course 5.

Oregon strawberry + “buttermilk” risotto, rhubarb-rosé granita, butter cookie, shiso
