THE LEVANT PIZZA

Inspired by her partner’s family roots, our Chef Breanne has been finding creative ways to veganize traditional Jewish dishes. Which is what she did with our March feature pizza: The Levant. It combines some of your favourite Mediterranean flavours like Baba Ghanouj, Kalamata Olives, and our house-made Tofu Feta into a unique plant-based pizza.

We are invested in building relationships with local growers and suppliers, establishing partnerships with local craft beer brewers, kombucha and wine producers, and the purveyors of key ingredients featured on our menu.
