Get To Know Virtuous Pie

We are on a mission to start a movement that changes the way people eat by bringing sustainable comfort food to the masses, that is fast, healthy, affordable, and always delicious.

To do this, we conceive, create, and serve a chef-driven plant based menu, focused on pizza and ice cream, with innovative addicting flavors, in a design led and locally inspired fast-casual restaurant. We handcraft our house made pizzas, nut-based cheeses, and ice creams to make the best plant-based and vegan food.

Meet The Team

Say hi to Alissa and Christoph, the Canadian-German couple bringing Virtuous Pie to Cologne, Germany.  

After several years living in Vancouver, they decided it was time to move to Christoph’s home – Germany. On a hike during their honeymoon in 2018, they had the idea to bring Virtuous Pie, their favourite restaurant, to Cologne with them. To prepare for this big undertaking, Christoph worked as a Project Manager at our head office and Alissa worked in our restaurants to learn more about day-to-day operations. 

Alissa and Christoph will be opening the first Virtuous Pie location in Europe and are excited to be welcoming the community to our Cologne location soon!
