The holidays are a special time of year — when we can reflect and celebrate what’s to come. This year, that has a whole new meaning, and connection is more important than ever.

While the holidays may look different this year, they remain a time to connect over food and create new cozy winter memories.

HOLIDAY PIZZA

Back in town for the season, the Holiday Pizza is making its appearance from December 1st to 31st in Vancouver, Portland, and Victoria. Think holiday dinner meets plant-based pizza form: Miso Gravy Base, Cranberry Herbed Stuffing, Rosemary Chicken, Potato Cream Drizzle + Cranberry Sauce.

Each year, we donate $1 from every Holiday Pizza sold to a local charity. This year, we’ve chosen groups that support the people in our communities.

In March 2020, DTES Response was created to try and coordinate ground efforts and fundraising to ensure the unprecedented threat of COVID-19 did not disproportionately affect the most vulnerable in our communities.

Portland: p:ear

P:ear builds positive relationships with homeless youth through education, art, recreation and job training to affirm personal worth and create more meaningful and healthier lives.

Victoria: Our Place Society

Our Place offers Greater Victoria’s most vulnerable citizens a place to call their own, where we live, share and grow together. They provide a sense of hope and belonging to neighbours in need.

On Giving Tuesday, December 1st, $2 from every Holiday Pizza sold will be donated to our local charity partners. Join us throughout December to get into the holiday spirit and eat for a cause.

New year’s eve hours

Our Portland, Vancouver Chinatown, and UBC locations will be closing early at 8PM on Thursday December 31st while Victoria will be open until 10PM.
