Locally brewed in Saanichton, Category 12 is run by husband and wife Michael and Karen. Their Disruption Black IPA, with fresh hop aroma and roasted malt flavour, pairs perfectly with our Stranger Wings.

Coastal Craft represents a number of craft beverage suppliers on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. They work exclusively with producers that are independent, family-owned, and focused on sustainable business practices. Much of our wine menu can be credited to them!

2% JAZZ COFFEE

We can’t lie — most of our team is powered by 2% Jazz. But our love for them extends beyond their delicious coffee. It’s important to us how much they prioritize their relationships with select coffee growers in Central America. Read more about it on their website!

A powerhouse team of women-led coffee enthusiasts! We love their generosity when it comes to working with coffee growers. They care about where their coffee comes from, and they’re committed to paying a premium for seasonal, high-quality coffee.

Using simple ingredients and high-quality tea, their light and bubbly kombucha is the perfect balance between sweet and sour. We’re proud to offer Happy Mountain at our little restaurant on Division St.

EARTHLY GOURMET

Servicing Oregon, Washington, Northern California, and Idaho, Earthly Gourmet supplies bulk vegan products like cashews, gluten-free crusts, veganaise, oat milk, and brown sugar. It’s always refreshing to work with a supplier that cares about their environmental impact in all their processes!
