Today, we’re excited to get to know Virtuous Pie Vancouver Chinatown General Manager, Cealiea Price.

Cealiea has been a part of the Virtuous Pie family for a few years and was the first to manage two of our restaurants (both Vancouver locations!). She’s a hardcore music lover, an avid runner, and has the biggest heart. She’s always been supportive of everyone around her and makes sure her team is always taken care of. (And she made the best Salted Caramel Lattes!).

What’s your favourite pizza on the menu?  

I get a different pizza every time! So hard to decide! When it comes down to it, I have to go classic with our Stranger Wings.  Whenever I’m being super indecisive, that’s my go-to. 

Any other add-on hacks you can recommend to guests?  

Definitely add on to the Mac + Cheese! Broccoli! Buffalo Cauliflower! Cajun Chicken! Oh my, there are so many options!! 

I’m also allergic to fennel which is in the TMRW sausage on the Sweet Pepper and Sausage, so the perfect swap is Buffalo Cauliflower for the TMRW Sausage and Garlic Ranch for the Hot Honey! 

What’s something most people may not know about you?

I was on vacation in LA, running my first marathon when the pandemic was declared and I’ve flown to California a couple of times just to see some of my favourite bands and friends. 

What does living a plant-based lifestyle mean to you?

I’ve been vegan since March 2009. Limiting my impact on the harm done to the environment and the natural environments of all living beings is important to me.
