Let’s start easy! What’s your favourite pizza on the menu?
I love the Sweet Pepper and Sausage on the gluten free crust!
What about off-menu – any add on/swap hacks you can recommend to guests?
My top two are to add Buffalo Cauliflower to the Mac and Cheese Skillet or adding Cashew Mozza to top the Garlic Knots. Both just add a little extra to things that are already great.
Tell us about something you are passionate about.
I’ve always been passionate about living sustainably and animals. I try to make my own skin care products and buy secondhand when I can!
What’s a fun fact people might not know about you?
I’ve been known to stress-bake and bring treats for the team every once in a while.
What’s been your favourite memory or experience working in the restaurant so far?
Honestly, being able to step up for my team in my management roles. I’ve never worked in a restaurant before Virtuous Pie and it means a lot to me to be able to do more for my team.
