BACK TO SCHOOL
We have been looking for a location on the west side of Vancouver for some time. Being close to UBC and the student community feels like a really great fit for us, for the type of food we serve and the entire vibe of the restaurant.
Back To School
We are excited to announce that we are opening our next location this Fall 2017 at UBC Wesbrook Village and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
Over the last years, the UBC campus culture has continued to inspire new growth and innovation across the already stunning campus, perched on the tip of the west side, surrounded by the signature beauty of BC: forest, ocean, and blue sky.
Our new location will seat 60 people in the 2,000 sqft space, with an additional 40 seats on our 400 sqft patio – because ain’t nothing better than sitting on a patio, with some beer (or kombucha!) eating plant-based pizza and ice cream!
With this new space on the horizon, we have SOME NEW OPPORTUNITIES available and we are looking to find people to JOIN OUR TEAM!
right now, we are looking to hire:
- Head Chef / Kitchen Manager (Chinatown)
- General Manager (UBC Wesbrook Village)
Below is a little bit more about our culture and the jobs. If you like what you see, have the skills, and the passion then we want to hear from you!
Please send your cover letter and resume to careers@virtuouspie.com and include the role you are applying for in the subject line. Can’t wait to hear from you!
P.S. – we are opeNIng in toronto!
We are opening in Toronto this Winter 2018, and since its never too early to grow our team, we’d love to hear from you and your role interest at careers@virtuouspie.com .
Get To Know Us

To do this, we conceive, create, and serve a chef-driven plant based menu, focused on pizza and ice cream, with innovative addicting flavors, in a design led and locally inspired fast-casual restaurant.
Our food is:
- Plant-based
- Handcrafted
- Locally sourced
- Uniquely different
We handcraft our house made pizzas, nut-based cheeses, and ice creams, with each flavor being deeply considered so it stands confidently on our menus – without the need for substitutions – with its own vision to achieve great taste while using sustainable and locally sourced ingredients. And – we have partnered with some like-minded third party partners, seen throughout our curated beverage program including our personal favorite kombucha, cold pressed juice, wines and beers.
