Line Shift Leader (Back Of House)

We are an elevated fast-casual restaurant with a focus on great taste, innovation, and surprise that extends from our product to customer service to the design of our space. Our pizzas are made to satisfy meat eaters to vegans to flexitarians or anyone looking for an addicting and new dining experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and directing the line and line cooks during dinner service
- Ensuring proper set up of line and kitchen prior to dinner service
- Expediting perfect food for guests while achieving short bill times
- Responsible for shutdown of the kitchen
- Maintain excellent safety, environmental and cleanliness standards in an open kitchen
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Personal alignment with Virtuous Pie’s vision, values and team culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and inter-functional team environment
- Great work ethic
High standard of professionalism and attention to detail
$14-16 Hour + tips depending on Experience and qualifications
Meal compensation during shift
