OUR VEGAN CHEESE
At Virtuous Pie, we are committed to making our food in-house, meaning our chefs take care in developing recipes that are truly unique, taste great, and are totally addicting!
Our house-made vegan cheeses are created in Vancouver, at our UBC Wesbrook Village restaurant, by our in store team who work with our product on the daily. From ingredients to wheel, their expert eyes are on the product to ensure we deliver a quality and consistent product with every batch and wheel of cheese we create.
We currently offer both our Lemon Herb Chèvre and Tofu Feta by the wheel. We believe they are delicious on their own, or to complement your favourite salad, sandwich, pasta, pizza or bowl!
We’re sharing some of our favourite – and simple – ways to enjoy our plant-based cheeses!
Greek salad with tofu feta
serves 2 entree portions
1 CUP cooked + cooled quinoa
1 CUP EACH: sliced red onion, roasted red pepper, Kalamata olives, grape tomatoes, cucumbers
1/4 CUP: shredded kale
1/4 CUP: crumbled tofu feta + more for garnish
1 TBSP shaved parsley + more for garnish
1/3 CUP of your preferred Greek salad dressing
INSTRUCTIONS: combine all ingredients in a large bowl, top with garnish and serve

1 BLOCK Lemon Herb Chèvre
1 SERVING OF artisan bread
3 HANDFULS OF your preferred mix of savoury vegan crackers
1 CUP EACH: balsamic roasted beets, marinated artichoke hearts
1/3 CUP EACH: Kalamata olives, green pitted olives
1/2 CUP EACH: roasted red peppers, fig jam
GARNISH WITH handful of flowering kale, fresh figs
INSTRUCTIONS: assemble all ingredients on a wooden board with cheese knife and serve
