Fewer ingredients speak to the winter defrost + spring bloom better than morels + ramps. Both beloved seasonal favourites require foraging, bringing a touch of adventure to our May feature pizza.
Atop our hand-stretched dough and a bianca sauce base, we’ve layered house-made cashew mozzarella, locally foraged crisp morels + charred ramps, rounded out with spring asparagus. Everything is brought together with a pinch of smoked salt. We’re proud to source our morels + ramps from local supplier, Fresh & Wild.

We are invested in building relationships with local growers and suppliers, establishing partnerships with local craft beer brewers, kombucha and wine producers, and the purveyors of key ingredients featured on our menu.
